I do have a concern surrounding it which is not about the timing of the proposed amendments.
Will the partnership participate in the buyback? If they do not , the shares become even more illiquid and control is even more concentrated in majority shareholder hands. If fthey participate , evn in percentage proportion 9 keeping their share % the same) , that's good.
