Conf Call Colour

It looks like the balance sheet strength will be driving IBI to focus on high margin technology acquisitions that directly lead to growth.

They were even asked about buybacks and inference about dividends and they said their shareholders / potential shareholders want them to stay focused on profitable growth (which, in general is very true of investors these days.  Dividends don’t attract like the used to).

Question from an analyst on the call:

And then maybe just one last question, I mean given the very strong balance sheet, any thoughts on potential buybacks given the profits right now?

Scott Stewart

I don't see any buybacks. I think the initiative is going to be on growth and expansion and either by way of - or combination of further investments internally. But also by the way of acquisition again geographically and functionally.
