I agree 100% a dividend is needed to  get this thing moving in the right direction. Nothing else has worked  over the past several years so why not give it a shot?

several of the partners coming up to retirement.  They have an even greater interest in moving this needle.  I doubt they are thrilled about paying high multiples for bolt on acquisitions. patience required!

gleninagh , I think how you feel about this all depends on how long you have held the stock. If you've bought in the last 3 years , you're a happy investor. If you bought five years or more ago , you're probably not happy. I think you fit into this category No guessing to know what category I fit in . GLTA

At least  8 years maybe longer when it  traded in the high  teens and paid a decent  monthy dividend ( approx $200.00 per month for myself). So i am still waiting for it to  return to those levels after which time i will bail out.

gleninagh Pretty awful. and when you're down that long and that much , hard to buy more. I don't even know if the 3 year rise would make me feel better because you bought it for income that vanished like investment trusts did, virtually overnight. Hope some other stocks did better for you.
