.29 cents, Ron time to move on ! Yes ?Ron, your hard work, focus & dedication profitably growing IDC over the last 10 years has been greatly appreciated by shareholders. It has become clear that under your leadership you have been successful in turning IDC around. It is also clear that your ability to create shareholder value has not been as successful. Every leader at some point in a companies growth reaches their maximum contribution abilities and clearly you have reached yours. The reason you are running our company is to create shareholder value and you have not and are not. The valuation of our company is disgustingly ridiculous.
That being said would you kindly consider moving aside and allowing some Proven Executive to take our company to the next level or hire a Investment Banker to explore options to create shareholder value ie: a merger or sale of the company. I know you are a large shareholder and you must feel the same way about your investment.
PLEASE RON DO THE RIGHT THING AND LET'S GET THE SHOW ON THE ROAD !!
