Legal Stock Manipulation
Interfor announces a normal course issuer bid at a substantially higher stock price.   But they announced the "INTENTION" of a share buyback and it doesn't mean anything will happen.  So the stock price jumps and the sharholders can sell at higher prices.  This is no more than a legal pump and dump by the Interfor board.
