The recent pullback in lumber has some investors suggesting commodities have hit a peak and inflation is transitory. Josh Young, CIO of Bison Interests, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss why he feels the opposite, and why he thinks lumber and oil prices will remain elevated in the years ahead.

Looks like they are settling in around $7-800 which is much higher that price used to analysts forecasts.Remember lumber was not much higher during 1Q21 which produced stellar results. 2Q21 will be rediculously high... enough to pay a $2 dividend, cash purchase of GP assets and some in the bank. Obviously overly sensitive to the lumber futures market. Wait until the NW fires start during this ...more
