Any predictions on SP action prior to and after? IMO it should be fully subscribed below $34.

I think the SIB is acting like a put option. Once that is over, the stock will likely go down like the rest of the forestry companies have in the past month. The SIB is keeping a floor on the stock price but unless they tender most of the SIB in the low end of the purchase range, it won't provide much support. I'll be waiting to buy back in when it does.  Expect the full amount to be taken up @34.  Some selling afterward for the shares bought but not accepted by the SIB.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's the lowest bids up to fulfillment that determine the final price meaning that if enough shares are offered up to $31, then 31 is the final price. I expect the final price to be just that. Then what?

Lower price than I thought (good for company).  Now there will be sellers of the shares (3.4 million) that were tendered but didn't get accepted.  I will be happy to buy a few of those shares soon.
