New North American Market Added...
Finally get some news on this name. Looks all positive with opening of LT-3 relationship roll out in the state of New Hampshire with the roll out starting in Q4 of 2016. Incremental positive for future growth but still comes down to what kind of numbers they can put up in the mean time as the stock price continues to melt away. Fundamentals appear solid but stock price doesn't agree, we will see who is right in due time.

Cantor estimates there are ~ 175 locations across the state representing a potential 300-400 LT-3 units over the next several years.

the same analyst had the $6 price target in a report from july 28, 2015. They are very careful to use words like potential and opportunity. Analysts are about as good as earthquake predictors. Make enough of them and you get one right. DN
