RE:Trade desk reported great Quarter and is on Fire!The trade desk is flying right now, they surpassed 8 billion market cap! I’m looking forward to AcuityAds q4 conference call too. Just wondering if anyone has some opinions on the following. In light of what gil0256 said in his post, did they not have a short period of extra sales earn out (6 months) with magnetic media. Going forward this year now would they not have more profit on the huge amount of sales and clients these people brought to the table? Along with this Acuity might surpass 100million sales this year. A company like trade desk could take them out without blinking a eye and add 50million net sales and they would be more profitable on that amount due to their size. Interesting that acuity is building on latam where trade desk talks about their development in China/Europe. Very difficult to break into a huge market like China, you have to be big like ttd to start a huge investment there. Any coicindence that acuity is building out a complimentary market which makes them more attractive as a take over candidate.. IMO
