The amount of quality dsp's out there is smaller than it ever was. Only acuity and ttd have new planning and buying platforms that are innovative. Some of the bigger players before have been taken out or went out of business because they could never turn a profit. SSPs don't like dealing with the small companies because they risk not getting paid like what happened before. If I had to guess I say Martin Sorrel's S4 capital comes knocking on the door. They want to expand their company by two times in the next couple years and they have the money to do it. Illumin would be a good fit for them along with gaining more North American clients. Bought more shares..we will see I guess IMO
