Offering at $6.10 CAD

Hmmm..... not really liking this but obviously I would say an institution probably wants some shares. Dilution not too bad and hopefully this is just lining up for uplisting to Nasdaq sometime next year.

I for one am ready to buy any decent pullback on this.

And after the recent conference call it did not seem like they needed additional capital. In fact balance sheet is best in history of company and cashflow was to continue.  Also some insiders spellings seem to indicate they don't think the company is undervalued that much at current pricing because if they did why would they be selling if they thought this would be double of triple if ...more

*selling and not spelling. Lol but obviously if this is more about expanding shareholder base and getting more institutional support for an uplisting I guess I can understand as there is less dilution instead of diluting the full $20 million. Also they are only selling 10% but now I worry about future stock options.

Obviously not liking this short term pain. When it is too good to be true sell. Wish I would have today. This is almost like a fast one. No mention of this until now??? Will probably slip into the $5.00 range. That sucks.

it will likely trade in the $6.10 range tomorrow. I highly doubt it will drop to $5 when only 4% of shares were diluted.

This happens quite often. Most likely they are diversifying their investments as the stock price has risen quite a bit in the last year. They still own a $hit load of shares even after their divestiture. One example most recently is a company I own called pfb corp. Alan Smith the executive chairman sold off about 4.9% of the company at about $16/share, then a month later they announce a special $1 ...more

I "think" before going to nasdaq they actually don't want to have quite as much "insider" .... so tutes have more leverage

You are probably right. Insiders own about 31.8%, general public own about 52.8% and institutions own  15.4%  https://www.google.ca/amp/s/ca.finance.yahoo.com/amphtml/news/percentage-acuityads-holdings-inc-tse-122314855.html
