I told peopletwo months ago ZNGA was going to explode and Alcoa also and it did. Why ? Simple, when the media paints a sector into a corner no one touches it. when the media is so overwhelmingly negative on a stock or a sector is the time to jump in.
Gold is so out of favour many companies are trading at 5 to 15 year lows. I follow one pattern when I buy. I do what the Chinese do. China is buying lots of gold and Indians are too pressure by their governments to dissuade buying. None of it is reported in the mainstream media. none of it. Every "respected " analyst is calling for lower gold, like they did to steel 3 months ago and aluminum 2 months ago. Then one day Alcoa jumped a dollarand change in one day.
It happened and without a reason. Why does it do that? Simple the power elites try to buy at ridiculously low levels. They control the media to scare the snot out of u so u dont buy while they quietly accumulate. They work as silent minority feasting on commoner carcasses. gold doesnt even have to move up or down in price. but one day they realize its gonna pop and then they all jump the gun at the same time. They dont want to miss out on a 20 % break out.
There are talks ongoing right now to form a gold cartel but ur not hearing about it. gold will pop because if it falls any lower some South American and African governments with freindly mine regimes may fall. If these mines were to be nationalized it would be the shareholders but ultimately the big lenders that would lose. We are at that tipping point now.
We might see a day before year end when the price of gold might not even be material either up or down. The miners move when the commodity doesnt. Thats usually the day the elites trigger a break out. I see amove t 6 dollars before middle of January , perhaps higher if there is macro event.
As an example Alcoa went from 7.90 to new 52 week high in less than 2 months. It will hapen for gold too but no one is expecting it. Thats when triggers happen.
