They’ve disposed some non-core assets and there may be more disposals in the near future. Also, they are currently in the process of consolidating some other assets. Usually these activities indicate that there is something in the works! A clean balance sheet makes the company a lot more attractive for potential suitors and Mergers/Acquisitions!
