I think it is a short term drop that will result in higher highs in the future. I believe q3 is the expectation for commercial production, just around the corner! and I take this transaction as confirmation things are on track.

IAG's partner Sumitomo advanced IAG funds and increased their ownership by 10% when IAG was cash strapped while developing Cote. This raise and payment returns IAG to 70% ownership of Cote. 

Also, agreed, glad to see Garland posting.
