no doubt IMG is having a very tough time finding a new ceo - chances are huge that IMG is going to be taken out or merged with a much larger entity in the near future and where does that leave a new ceo - back to the beginning again looking for another job - future at IMG is far too unpredictable/uncertain for a good potential ceo to even consider the position

good point about finding a new ceo . so the existing management continues to drop the share price , making the buyout/merger , cheaper and cheaper for the company taking img over , making the loses for most long time img share holders , bigger and bigger .
