I already own BRE and TNT.UN is on my radar, but I haven't bought yet. I bought CUF.UN at its low, but I think it can still grow once they sell off properties to focus on Quebec and begin the NCIB they announced. KWH.UN, CJ, CJR.B and CWX round out my >8% div/dist group. KWH has announced 2% increases to dist every quarter, and have been doing it for 6 quarters already. But so far I've made the most money on EIF, INC.UN and AIM. AIM just had a nice pullback so it could be a buying opportunity. It doesn't pay a dividend, but it's a climber. CJ also pulled back a bit, but oil is trending up so they have ample room to grow.

I will check it out. I recently bought EIT.un and BRE, but I got them near their lows and they've both started moving up again. I own a lot of income stocks and ETF's but am hesitant to mention most of them because they're near tops and I've started trimming. TNT.un is one that still has good numbers but with patience you may get it on a pullback. Personally I wouldn't buy it at this level but it is also one that I'm not trimming.
