DO YOU REALIZE THAT THE NER ASSET VALUE OF THE HOLDINGS AS OF DEC 31 IS

$7.68 AND IT SELLS AT $10.60 ???????????
AT THIS RATE THE DIvidEND ON THE nav IS 14% iT MUST EARN 14% plus 1.5% COVER mER AND TRADE COST THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. iTS MAte Finacial 15 just went from $10.90 to $5.45 SELL SELL I have been a client and a broker take my advice GET OUT

I guess you need to read yourself again. Posted NAV as of Dec 31st net of distribution is $8.21 for INC.UN. Closing price is $8.40.......hum? Maybe you have wrong board.
