I need to re-read and re-listen to the report and call.

My initial reaction is the Company missed revenue and earning and would like investors to see the growth opportunity vs. earnings results.

Cashflow is different than Earnings, so the dividend is most likely safe, just may not increase.

Let's not forget the environment which the Company is operating in...the risk is there and hopefully priced in.

Renewable Energy (is that still the phrase used now?) is coming back in vogue.  Major utility companies continue to add it.

The price in the market might reflect the win political change is being counted on.

I have increased position.  I plan on averaging up on weakness.
