The Company is focused on owning premium-branded lodging properties with operating models primarily in the upscale segment of the lodging industry. I agree with you. With their Accounting and Law support team it should not take more then few days to have a clear picture of available option and future distribution. This should be telegraph to shareholders ASAP.

 

IMO the Lawsuit is not the option. This could prolong uncertainty and the share price can suffer for 2 or 3 years until the court decision.
