No, but this is what happens. We have seen it many times before - as with Corus. An unsustainable dividend being the primary attraction for investors - who head for the exits as soon as it is cut. 

it becomes a show-me story and it can take a long while to restore confidence. I wouldn't be surprised to see this dip into the high 4s, at which point I might start to get interested - but I still prefer NHF.
