Now $8.30 with a normal course issuer bid on it AND a strategic review that might trigger a sale @ $10 or so. Target clearly is $10 or so but with continued lockdowns in Europe that might be to summer 2021 or later even. Hold and collect an almost 10% yield .. dropping to 8% if $10. Best micro-REIT there IMO.
