Interest rates are more normalized

Interest rates are more normalizedFree money over the last few years have put fuel on the fire that is inflation...why not overbid $100,000 on a house if your mortgage is 2%..why not buy that new overpriced SUV instead of a cheaper small sedan if interest is negligible.  Historical interest rates are typically 5-7% range. Interest rates of the late 70s and 80s were devastating to home owners and businesses and governments. Try paying 13% on a mortgage.. it happened. Could be a rough road ahead for those that are not prepared.
