RE:Terrible results

RE:Terrible resultsI don't know where you get the idea that I've stated I'm never wrong. No one is perfect. I'm in this stock like many others here and if that day comes that I have to sell at a loss I will own it completely and not finger point.

The viability here and the office reit industy is coming down to how much longer it's going to take to bring rates back down. Central banks keep pushing that first cut out further and further and today we wake up to news that maybe the June cut is now in jeapardy.

In the interim all these reits are doing what they can to buy time and just stay afloat. On a positive note, the book value here is $7.54/unit CAD. If rates do in fact start falling later this year and they sell the 3 properties in question, a recovery is very possible indeed. But, we must continue down through the valley first to climb to the other side.
