Wow - best stock around right now - not sure if anything specific driving this but a safe 8% dividend doesnt hurt. This stock doesnt need to be a growth stock, it is an income stock

Lost all of those nice gains with war raging. This is as you say more of an income stock. Great yield. Capital appreciation will come and go and sometimes very quickly.
