It's 6:07 and the lowest selling price is 3.40.  Keep it there and make the buyers come to you.  They will!

I don't get it either. we have here european real estate trading at 40 cents on the dollar if you believe NAV, a NCIB to back up the unit price, a 12% dividend yield, sustainable AFFO... this reit has turned into a speculative play since the dividend cut. in any other economic situation, investors would be killing each other to get their hands on inovalis.

might be close to a mini bottom in CRE REIT space,  12% is great, but if you look at the spread between this dividend and a money market fund, it's about 7 percent, probably less than it was a few years ago.... i'm not sure anyone knows what to make of the NAV's..... don't know enough about it, but the NAV has steadily been revised down, so it's not a perfect number to go ...more

Look at NAV this way: the REIT is trading at a 0.40 book to value ratio. Ask yourself whether or not european office real estate is 60% cheaper than asking price.
