Inovalis?

The plan appears to be cut the dividend to retain all existing assets and try to time the sale of certain assets to maximize their value. When they finalize the sale of a building in Q2 or Q3 of next year is anyone else concerned they will not restore a dividend but continue to have little regard for shareholders and try to purchase a new building? Historically they have provided 50% of the value of all sales to shareholders but waived that practice over the last 2 years. Appreciate your thoughts as I am deeply concerned about this management team.

The acquisition of new assets would lead to new future revenu streams for the REIT and investors. Personally, I want this to be the case and why I still hold INO. I would not expect dividends in 2024 minus a miracle. There will not be any dividend distributions until real estate market conditions in Europe (particularly France) improve dramatically.
