PPL Cuts spending

Wouldn't doubt IPL would look at doing this to hunker down and wait for things to turn around in whatever time it will take. No mincing here. Keep in mind they have a Heartland more than 50% complete so this means expenses and interest could be an issue. Hopefully, banks will extend lending terms and perhaps Alberta deploys its assistance. However, what this means for the dividend is unknown at this time.
