I'm with you on finsihing up on their own. I wasn't wild when they annouced building Heartland on their own but the worst is behind them now. It sure seems like they have the financial position to finish it up without having to take on a partner and share the rewards.

IMO and I also hope they don't find a partner.   Why give any away now that all the hard decisions
have been made and they've eliminated their financial risks.
