RE:RE:Brookfield offer really is bizarreIf Brookfield or any of its affiliates more shares, they are required to file a news report on the same day after the close of the TSX.  A copy of each news release must also be filed with the SEC.

This means that Brookfield has not started buying shares in the last 15 days.

What game are they playing here?
