RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MinimumGood point but even though they have the extra $350 million to throw at an inrceased offer they really don't seem to have the balance sheet or earnings to support it.  Maybe we were all better off without the deal.  

TC energy had a good ER though and is coming off a disappointing project failure.  Maybe a nice aquisition is just what they need for a PR rebound.
