RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:back in Totally agree Snewguy.  I don't think MRBB realizes just how significant the Saudi war-chest really is.  They're bleeding out right now.  But their financial reserves could last a decade at their current burn-rate.

It's all about market share & they're planning for their economic prosperity on a 100yr time horizon (hence the nuclear power plants they're developing).
