RE:RE:RE:dividendEIT is a very diversified closed end fund. Big div. Make sure they aren’t selling off their portfolio to pay the div, though. Currently trading at a slight premium to NAV. With preferred shares as well there’s an element of leverage involved so ups and downs in NAV will be exaggerated somewhat. SP may or may not follow. I think I’d wait for a dip, but it’s going back on my watch list.
