RE:RE:RE:RE:dividendI have owned EIT.UN for years and know many others that do as well. Seems to be a well managed fund - been around for over 20 years . If I recall correctly its one of the larger or possibly largest pure income funds on the tsx with almost 1.5 Billion in assets or thereabouts Pretty stable in terms of share price and NAV and generally trades at a very small premium NAV. NAV is updated regularly (I believe daily) on their site so you can track it pretty close. Overall I have been happy with the fund.
