RE:good initial offer....In my opinion only, $18.xx is the highest that will be seen and even that is not guaranteed. Stock price is moving downwards and I believe this reflects that people are already taking their money and moving elsewhere. Lots of frustration is understandable but if people truly thought this was a $25-30 stock then it wouldn't have been at $13.40 yesterday. $17.30 is welcome for many and a sizable premium to the expected initial offer.

If you still believe a $18.25 offer is eventually coming 3 months from now and closing 6 months from now, $17.31 is reasonable arbitrage.
