Shorts are not the problem here. We again did not participate in the energy rally today. Stock is trading as if this is the one and final bid we get. The prospect of having this company stolen for a fraction of it's true value is very frustrating. So far over a month and not even a rumor of a competing bid or a partner for Heartland or even a poison pill to stop these slimeballs. Not looking good at all.
