the "coffeeshop" legal teams are in hi gear..wow!! everybody just went into legal mode. Opinions are never for want just ask in any coffeeshop as proof ..Me, i generally try to AVOID lawyers - too much time lost , nobody's happy and a big $$$ bill often awaits. You want justice ?? GO ASK PLATO but i digress..

Is not the core issue all about the break fee being agreed to in the face of a superior proposal submitted by Brookfield???

Like it or not, i believe their is merit to BIP's complaints 
on this matter. dwdc
