RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ASE hearing today Starting at 8.30 amYour complaint was that these businessmen don't warrant any punishment because they are "good" at it. Your logic is flawed as I pointed out. Being "good" at business, or "good" at anything, doesn't mean what you are doing is "good" or not. Sometimes "just good business" is just not "good" and can be contrary to rules, regulations, and laws. We shall soon see what is fair or unfair from the ASC perspective.  I choose not to entrust my money with the people at BIP. They seem very, very good at enriching themselves personally with $billions of their shareholder's assets. It's spectacular if you are one of them. Who wouldn't want to take $billions from your own shareholders if you can get away with it? It's "just good business" and the partners at bip are the fittest of all whether it was earned or taken.

Maxmoe wrote: No problem when they play fair. If not, yes, punish the criminal even if they are very good at it.
Quintessential1 wrote: Yes, let's punish the businessmen for being good at business.  If only IPL's management was.
