QuintyIt's really just survival of the fittist.

I could not agree more. A vry quick look at March 31 2021 balance sheet of IPL indicates that Current Assets approx 640M and Current Liabilities approx 1.8BThe one day snap shot tells me that IPL has financial issues that if are not yet serious they will be long before Heartland is finished. I believe that is why BIP targeted them with the low ball offer and IPL shopped the company every where and best they could do was PPL.
