RE:Best InterestsThe only party remotely acting in IPL shareholders' best interest today is Pembina Pipelines.  IPL BoD FID'd Heartland forcing the company to cut the dividend (the company's raison d'etre for the vast majority of shareholders) + setup the break fee..., BIP tried to low ball us, BMO pulled a fast one (for little consideration actually).  Moreover, PPL will continue to act in our best interests in the future.  Now, if only PPL could raise the share exchange ratio...
