Yes, I really believe that there is No Agreement with PPL that any IPL directors will be appointed to the PPL Board. If there was an agreement it would have been disclosed. You may recall that the Break Fee was the subject of considerable discussion at the ASC Hearing. 

In my opinion, it no longer matters; PPL has announced that they will not revise their bid - the merger with PPL will not occur.
