ISS governance scores maybe of interest

ISS governance scores maybe of interestScored on 1 to 10 with one being lower risk and 10 higher risk

BAM Audit score 5, Board of directors  6, shareholder rights 9,  compensation 6
overall score for BAM 8

PPL Audit score 1, board of direcotrs 3, shareholder rights 1 compensation 5
overall score for PPL 1

IPL Audit score 6, board of directors 7, shareholder rights 1, compensation 5
overall score for IPL 4

The overall audit scores are as of July 1 2021. I used BAM as I believe everything flows to BAM. FYI ENB overall score is 6.

All 5 canadian banks have an overall score of 1 which puts PPL in good company. The lower the score the less governance risk.
