For the life of me, i cannot comprehend why IPO is not closer to $5
Best little oil/gas stock flying under the radar.

There is no good reason, simply another deeply discounted name that is unfollowed in a very inefficient market. Keep collecting a 7% dividend while you wait for the share price to double, and the dividend amount to increase, not a bad way to invest.
