It is obvious that Benavides and Hodges are at war with each other. I am very interested in the outcome of all this. Benavides is using this blogger to discredit the current board of directors and supplying him with private corporate information. If this is to gain control of the company and if Benavides is found not to be following good corporate governance, then a class action act should arise from all this. I am listening to Otto but choose to ignore his character attacks. I see further than the garbage he spews.
