If mgmts does a reverse split and the does a large equity financing as part of this proposed financing we will be diluted to oblivion. Mofos

Mr Chamberlain always said he wanted very little dilution and I believe the new management will honour his wishes.  I think a royalty at most.  The reverse split is a good idea really although shareholders usually don't react well to them.  The reverse split opens up the possibility for investment funds to start buying Minera IRL.  So I think it's a good move.
