where is the OSC/TSX  to protect the public shareholder beyond company
insiders

it is reported from Peru that the Toronto based financial artists masquerading
as corporate management have suspended paying the the mine operating
staff in Peru   whilst this Hodges character continues to draw $ 15,000
"management fee" when he was turfed out by a vote of over 90 % at the last AGM   - 

Boland had the decency to get out of the way - will the Regulator assist the
public at large to minimize the damage done in order to protect the public
from the remainig ripp-off artists - what a contribution to the repute of the
TSX

My concern is they deliberatly trying to move this viable company into
bunkruptcy  more as revenge than anything else whilst they likely
have moved their $100,ooo signing bonuses and monthly $ 15,ooo "fees"
to some offshore facilsity in the Channell islands or to Vanatu

Minera IRL's main exchange is the AIM in London as far as I know. So I would not expect TSX people to do anything about it... And I do not assume that miners in the subsidiaries in Peru are paid out of Minera IRL and this problem has already been solved by Benavides in my knowing.  What we would need are pissed off amployees of Minera IRL that forward charges against management of ...more
