for my peace of mind, as a shareholder, I did send an
email to both
- Ont Sec Commission
- TSX
requesting intervention that the "delisting" request by these crooks
at least be defered until after the EGM

PS given the fact that the local community at minesite is on
public record that lthey do NOT allow these crooks to go forward
with the project, anyone who votes in favor of Hodges & Co knowingly
will destroy "our" shareholder value. We ought to find some
legal Rottweiler preferably under USA jurisdiction to take on the case like
they did with the Argentine bonds, to go after the parasites...
we may become proud owners of the Pilot in Cumberland here in Toronto..
