Deep pockets (high net worth accounts) arbing the price difference buying ITX and converting to JP Joy shares in London. Good news is that this upports ITX price and removes more ITX shares over time. At some point, there is a catalyst like a buyout or a dividend that will significantly narrow the arb opportunity. I wiuld convert my shares as well but it's costly, takes 6 weeks or so to do it. In addition, I would trigger a disposition and tax consequence. New entrants to ITX are at an advantage.
