Looking forward to the North Sea drill in September...
In the meantime we sit, wait and collect a solid monthly dividend. There is no reason to sell ITE at this time... there is plenty of upsdie potential and I believe the risk reward is skewed in the shareholders favour at this point.
i3Energy is a great company... gas hedges are coming off as of the end of '22 and if gas prices remain strong for the near future, this will have a decent impact on the bottom line going forward.
If the North Sea drill proves out with significant rates, ITE should quickly jump to $1 p/s. My understanding is that the pipeline to that area is already built... it's not that far away, so production can start right away. That would bring on 30-40K barrels/day and this coupled with their growth in Canada could be a game changer.

My expectation is we see a dividend increaze before we see a drop of North Sea oil.

I believe their Interim Report is usually released in the last week of September... I stand to be correctd on that.

Q 2 should be out either this week or early next week.

It is my understanding that i3Energy reports are made in accordance with UK regulations, meaning they report every 6 months, unlike Canadian companies that report on a quarterly basis. Thus, it would appear that the Interim Report is due to be released in the last week of September. Do you have knowledge of information contrary to this? TIA

Not sure is it is requirement or not, but I3 has been reporting Operational and Fanancial updates since they first listed. Expect another update early this weekm likely Monday or Tuesday when both London and Toronto are closed.

Where do you get your information... the i3Energy website does not show "quarterly reports" similiar to other Canadian companies. Also... as far as I know, neither the TSE or LSE is closed on Monday or Tuesday! The next holidays for each market is Sept 5th and August 29th, respectively.

My apologies... after re-reading your statement regarding market close, I assume you mean after the markets close on either of those days!
