December activityThere has been a lot of insider activity which may, or may not, mean anything. I've checked SEDI and here is a summary:
1,083,598 RSUs were exercised for Cash (none by RF)
690,373 RSUs were excercised for Stock (including 583,332 by RF) - Mark Farren and Elia Mikhail also held onto their shares and didn't sell for cash
225,000 Options were exercised by Setha Patricia and all remaining shares were subsequently sold
So we removed about 2 million RSUs/Options and added ~690,000 shares (mostly held by RF).
Also, RF consolidated the shares he held through Evershine Securities Ltd., Horizon Holdings Capital Inc., and Newstar Securities Invesments Ltd. and they appear to now all be held in a private company (registered in the BVIs) called Newstar Advantage Ltd. Mr. Friedland now holds 135,335,035 IVN shares in through this company.
Could all of this shuffling and exercising mean something is about to happen? Who knows, but if it does then we can at least say that there were some bread crumbs.
