". WHAT FOLLOWS CONTAINS MORE INDISPUTABLE "TRUTH" It is only with the express backing of and provisioned sanctioning by or on behalf of any given
"member state
" that any kinds of oligarchs are, be they Russian, Ukrainian and/or the oh so "special kind" of 'western world' type oligarchs and globally operating "marionette masters", in any way enabled to retain, maintain and exponentially grow their wealth and the wealth of their
"lieges
".
By the way, for all intents and purposes the word

" is meant to refer to the so called
"elected leaders
" of any given
"oligarchs leveraged member state
